In some circumstances, based on your pet's medical needs your dog or cat will be referred to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as surgery, dermatology or ophthalmology. Promoting responsible pet ownership, preventive health care and health related educational opportunities to our clients are our commitments. We pride ourselves in providing veterinary care differently.

When you arrive for your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a registration information sheet, if you have not filled out our online form. Please bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come in and share it with our team.

For your dog's and your own protection and that of others, please have your dog on a leash while in the reception area. If you have forgotten yours please let one of our team member know and we will provide you with one. Cats need to be kept in a carrier or on a harness.

 Pet Health Insurance

Insurance coverage is a popular option for your family and pet. While it is hard to anticipate accidents and illnesses, you can be prepared for them. Pet insurance can provide peace of mind in emergency situations. It can be purchased through several different companies. Petsecure and Trupanion are some of the major options. While they all provide coverage for accidents and/or illnesses, it is very important to review all your options.
